Request Funding
The mission of The Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Foundation is to provide funding for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, health care and educational purposes.
The funding is to benefit primarily the people of Webb and Zapata Counties, Texas.
The contributions are to be made to organizations that are located primarily in Webb and Zapata Counties, Texas.
The organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and its regulations.
If your organization meets the criteria listed above, please send by mail or e-mail a one or two page request. The Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Foundation does not have a formal packet that you must complete when requesting funds.

You MUST include a copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter with your request.
We will not submit a request to the Board of Directors without the determination letter.
